Import an official HiStrA HRX or load a canonical JOB.

1. Import official HRX

The source HRX is registered immutably. The initial no-patch JOB must compile byte-for-byte to the uploaded file.

2. Define a specific HRX change

Add an ordered, auditable patch to the canonical JOB. Use an XPath that identifies the exact official HRX element and attribute you intend to change.
